This hotel's location close to the university was perfect for our needs. It was pretty close to the campus of the local Federal University and we were able to easily walk there every day. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and polite. They assisted us in ordering taxis and made our check-in process smooth. Additionally, we loved the exceptional breakfast served here, which had a great variety of savouries and sweets, as well as delicious fruits.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even arranged a taxi for me when Uber was unavailable. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to where I needed to be. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like a hair dryer and air conditioning. I also loved the variety of options at breakfast, from savory to sweet, and the fresh fruit was a delightful touch.

I had to leave for the airport early, so I unfortunately missed out on breakfast. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The wifi provided by the hotel is slow and unreliable, limiting the ability to work or stay connected while staying on the property.

We had to ask for an extra towel and soap, and they were not readily available. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and didn't help us when a bottle of water went missing from the minibar.

The hotel had a decent pool and gym, which were useful for keeping active over the Easter period. The location near the beach and shops was also handy for getting out and about. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection of pastries and fruits.

Overall our Easter experience at this hotel was pretty disappointing. The rooms were cramped and the air conditioning barely worked, which made for some uncomfortable nights.
